Inspired by great ingredients, heritage and collaborations with some of the best food & drink producers in the world.
Everything is made by hand, from scratch with careful consideration to the seasons using French patisserie skills and thirty plus years of global culinary experience, awards and training.
Online patisserie ordering is available via click & collect from the North Shields kitchen or via pop ups at Fenwicks Newcastle and other announced venues.
